REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At Helix, your satisfaction matters to us. We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Standard Returns
To be eligible for a standard return, you must request the return within 30 days of receiving your order. You do not need the product to be unopened — items may be returned in any condition.
To start a return, contact us at support@tryhelix.shop with your order number and the name or email used on the order. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with the return address and instructions on how to send your package back.
Please note that for standard returns, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Items sent back to us without first requesting and receiving return approval will not be accepted.
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we've received it. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items — No Return Required
If your order arrives damaged or defective, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at support@tryhelix.shop. In these cases, you do not need to return the product. We will evaluate the issue and make it right with a refund or replacement.
Refund Processing
Once a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days on our end. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at support@tryhelix.shop.
Subscription Orders
If you placed an order through a subscription, you can cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date to avoid future charges. To cancel or modify a subscription, contact us at support@tryhelix.shop or manage it through your account. Cancelling a subscription stops future orders; any order already placed is handled under the return and refund terms above.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different product is to return your current item following the steps above, and once your return is approved, place a separate order for the new item.
Non-Returnable Items
Gift cards are non-refundable and non-returnable.
