At Helix, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to shop with confidence. We offer a hybrid 30-Day Policy depending on the condition of your items, under the terms outlined below.
30-Day Return Policy For Unopened Products Only
We offer a 30-day return policy for items that are strictly unopened and unused. You have 30 days after your confirmed delivery date to request a return.
To qualify for a standard return, the item must meet the following conditions:
- Condition: The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original factory-sealed condition. The safety seal must be fully intact with no signs of tampering.
- Packaging: The product must be returned in its original, undamaged packaging, along with any protective materials included in the original shipment.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid order confirmation email or invoice is required.
To start an unopened return, contact us at support@tryhelix.shop. Please note that we do not provide prepaid return shipping labels. The customer is responsible for all out-of-pocket return shipping costs. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee For Opened Products
If you have opened and used your Helix product and are not satisfied with the results, we still want you to feel supported. That’s why we offer a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee on your first purchase, with no physical return required.
To qualify for the Satisfaction Guarantee:
- You must have used the product consistently as instructed, for example, for at least 14 days.
- The request must be made within 30 days of the delivery date.
- This guarantee is valid only on your first order and is strictly limited to one refund per household.
- A brief explanation or feedback regarding your experience will be requested to help us improve our formulas.
To request a refund under this guarantee, simply email support@tryhelix.shop with your order number and your feedback. Opened or used products cannot be physically returned due to hygiene and safety protocols.
Free Gifts & Post-Purchase Offers
Please note that free gifts, bonus items, and post-purchase add-ons are not eligible for returns or refunds, whether used or unused.
- Promotional Items: If your original order included free items received as part of a promotion, such as “Buy One, Get One Free” or “Free Gift With Purchase,” the free items are not eligible for refund or exchange.
- Post-Purchase Upsells: Any limited-time post-purchase offers are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund due to the deeply discounted pricing provided during checkout. These exclusive deals are final sale.
If you choose to return the originally paid item that qualified you for a free promotional item, you must also return the free item or items in unused condition. Failure to return the free item will result in a partial refund, with the retail value of the free item or items deducted from your total.
Shipping & Address Errors
All original shipping and handling fees are solely allocated to logistics and transportation costs. These fees are paid directly to our shipping and fulfillment partners and are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
Incorrect Addresses: It is the customer's sole responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. If a package is shipped to an incorrect, insufficient, or incomplete address provided by the customer, and the order is already in transit or has been marked as delivered, the order is strictly non-refundable. We cannot halt, reroute, or refund packages once they have left our facility due to a customer address error.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately with photos if the item is defective, damaged in transit, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Subscriptions & Renewals
If your order includes a subscription, it is your responsibility to manage or cancel the subscription within the 30-day guarantee period.
- Subscription Orders: Helix offers products that can be purchased through a subscription, which will automatically renew unless canceled. By submitting your initial order, you accept the terms of the auto-renewal offer.
- Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your customer portal or by emailing support@tryhelix.shop. To avoid a recurring charge, you must cancel your subscription before your next billing period processes.
- Non-Eligible Renewals: Subscription renewals or recurring charges that process after the initial 30-day window are completely non-refundable. Failure to manage or cancel your subscription prior to renewal does not constitute grounds for a refund.
Refund Processing
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your unopened return, or reviewed your Satisfaction Guarantee request. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take 3-5 business days for your bank or credit card company to officially post the refund.
